APP urges support for the following 14 amendments.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to develop, implement, facilitate, or fund any sexually-oriented program, event, or literature for children under the age of 10, and for other purposes.

This bill amends chapter 110 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit gender affirming care on minors, and for other purposes.

This bill prohibits federal agencies and contractors from advancing specified policies or training related to race or sex. It further prohibits the allocation of federal funds to an elementary school, secondary school, or institution of higher education that compels teachers or students to affirm certain race-based theories.

This bill makes it a violation of federal law for a recipient of federal funds who operates, sponsors, or facilitates athletic programs or activities to permit a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls. The bill specifies that sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Legislation allowing parents to frontload their Child Tax Credit upon the birth or adoption of a child.

To reauthorize the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act.

Legislation to allow eligible new parents to access Social Security benefits for paid family leave, including the New Parents Act and the CRADLE Act.

To reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act of 1994.

Resolution expressing opposition to banning service in the Armed Forces by openly transgender individuals

To amend the Civil Rights Act and establish "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classes.

Bill to prohibit federal, state and local governments from discriminating against child welfare service provider based on the provider’s religious or moral beliefs.
