      Idaho Gov. Little Signs Law to Prohibit Sex Changes for Minors

      Yesterday, Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed H71, banning the performance of sex change procedures on minors. The legislation prohibits the prescription of puberty blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries for the purposes of attempting to alter a child’s sex. Idaho is now the 14th state to take action to restrict these procedures in some capacity.
