Today, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed SB 351 which will, among other things, require adult websites to verify the ages of users to ensure minors are not given access to obscene content. Georgia is now the 15th state to enact legislation protecting children from online porn, and the 7th state to do so in 2024. … Read more
