Schilling: Trans Industrial Complex knows it cannot withstand FTC scrutiny
May 8, 2026, WASHINGTON, D.C. — The American Principles Project (APP) today condemned Federal Judge James Boasberg’s laughable attempt to prevent the Federal Trade Commission from protecting parents and children. APP President Terry Schilling released the following statement:
“Judge Boasberg’s lawless attempt to block the FTC from investigating the $4.5 billion trans industry is a transparent overreach that should be swiftly overturned on appeal. Big Trans has now been forced to rely on judicial interference to protect its lucrative scheme because it cannot withstand legitimate scrutiny. The entire trans industrial complex is built on deceptive and unfair practices that prey on vulnerable people, and no rogue ruling from the bench will prevent accountability for those profiting from this malpractice.”
