New APP Documentary Will Connect Democrats’ Woke Policies to Deadly Afghanistan Withdrawal
WASHINGTON — Today, American Principles Project (APP) released the trailer for a new documentary titled “Culture War: The Deadly Consequences of a Woke War Machine.” The film will take a closer look at the 2021 suicide bombing at Abbey Gate in Kabul airport which killed over 180 people, including 13 American military personnel, and how the far-left cultural policies pushed by the Biden-Harris administration in the military led directly to this disaster.
‘Culture War’ will feature interviews with many who had direct knowledge of the events leading up to the deadly incident—including family members of four service members who died in the attack, former President Donald Trump, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, and others. The film will also include commentary from five members of Congress who conducted oversight on the incident afterward.
More information on the film, which will be released in the coming weeks, can be found at CultureWarDoc.com.
APP President Terry Schilling released the following statement on the importance of the project:
“Maintaining a strong military is one of the president’s most important responsibilities. Yet under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, our armed forces have been turned into a left-wing social experiment, with deadly consequences.
“‘Culture War’ seeks to expose the true destruction that Democrats’ cultural extremism has wrought on our service members. The men and women who died at Abbey Gate deserved far better from our current leadership in Washington. We owe it to them and their families to ensure their stories are told, so that the American people know exactly how we have reached this dangerous point and what needs to be done to avoid such a needless catastrophe in the future.
“The only goal of our military policy should be ensuring it is the strongest, most lethal fighting force in the world. It’s time for Democrats and their allies to give up this left-wing culture war and get back to that commonsense mission.”
