House Passes Landmark Bills to End Child Sex Changes, Taxpayer Funded Trans Surgeries
Over the past twenty four hours, Congressional Republicans passed landmark pieces of legislation to protect American children and taxpayers from radical Democrats, exploitive pharma giants, and doctors.
The Protect Children’s Innocence Act, which passed 216-211 on Wednesday night, will ban sex changes for minors nationwide. The House followed up on the measure by passing the Do No Harm in Medicaid Act on Thursday, which will prevent taxpayer dollars from being used to pay for transgender procedures. Terry Schilling, APP President, released the following statements.
On the PCIA:
Republicans showed today that they are as committed to protecting children as Democrats are to disfiguring them. Bipartisan supermajoritiessupport commonsense protections for at-risk children, and yet only three Democrats had the moral courage to stand up to a multi-billion-dollar industry that profits off of the misery of American kids. Democrats have been captured by an ideology that is as poisonous as it is profitable.
On the Do No Harm in Medicaid Act:
Republicans have the opportunity to bury this shameful era of medical malpractice for good. The Do No Harm in Medicaid Act will shutter the multi-million-dollar embezzlement scheme perpetrated by the radical trans lobby and their Democratic enablers.
