APP PAC Launches $1.5M Ohio Campaign Highlighting Democrats’ DEI Extremism
Political ads will highlight how left-wing policies have disadvantaged young men

Washington, D.C. – American Principles Project PAC (APP PAC) announced today that it is launching a $1.5 million political ad campaign in Ohio, targeting Democrat gubernatorial nominee Amy Acton for her support of discriminatory Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies.

As noted in a candidate memo released in September, APP found that messaging around Democrats’ DEI extremism has the potential to shift voters up to 10 points towards Republicans. This includes messaging about how left-wing policies unfairly discriminate against young men in the workforce and education, as well as how crime policies focused on “disparate impact” put violent offenders back on the streets and lead to unsafe communities.

You can watch one of APP PAC’s ads here.

This campaign is a part of APP PAC’s $10 million midterm spend in critical races across the country.

APP PAC’s President Terry Schilling released the following statement:

“Young men in America are having their future artificially stunted, and DEI is to blame. Violent repeat offenders are being put back on the streets en masse, and DEI is to blame. All across our country, Democrat-backed DEI policies have led to increased discrimination, increased crime, and increased despair. Yet despite all this, Amy Acton has given this agenda her full-throated endorsement. It is time for Republicans to hold Democrats’ feet to this politically unpopular flame, and that is exactly what APP intends to do.”
