APP Releases New Documentary Urging Men to Embrace Fatherhood
Fathers Wanted explores the importance of fathers and the consequences of their absence
Washington, D.C. — Today, APP released a new documentary, Fathers Wanted, to a wide audience after an exclusive run on TCN. In the film, APP President Terry Schilling travels across the country to explore the importance of fatherhood in our society and the consequences of its breakdown with some of America’s most influential voices. The documentary includes interviews with Bishop Robert Barron, former White House Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields, Sen. Jim Banks, Sen. Tommy Tuberville, Rep. Brandon Gill, Tucker Carlson, and more. The film is ultimately a call to America’s men to embrace the challenge of fatherhood despite its denigration in the prevailing culture.
You can watch the full Fathers Wanted documentary here.
APP’s Terry Schilling released the following statement:
“The foundation of any great nation is the family, and a critical pillar of the family is the father. Today, fatherhood is attacked from every angle. Critics deride, mock, and spurn it. This documentary puts fatherhood back on the pedestal it deserves.
“Watch this documentary like the future depends on it, because it does. A healthy nation must aspire to more than the next lavish wine-tasting or fancy trip. Selfish men don’t build lasting legacies. Fathers do. Men who aspire to be great, to be remembered, to live excellently, should pursue fatherhood. I hope this documentary both galvanizes and inspires. American greatness will only endure if its men are willing to shoulder this honorable load.”
This is APP’s second documentary after the successful release in 2024 of Culture War: Deadly Consequences of a Woke War Machine, which chronicled how under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, America’s armed forces were turned into a left-wing social experiment.
