APP Condemns Biden Admin Persecution of Whistleblower Doctor
Today, it was reported that Dr. Eithan Haim has been indicted by the Biden Department of Justice and summoned to appear in court next Monday.
Dr. Haim, a Texas surgeon, helped expose Texas Children’s Hospital last year for falsely claiming that they had shut down their program providing sex changes to minors after facing an uproar over the practices.
In response, Terry Schilling, president of American Principles Project (APP), released the following statement blasting the Biden administration’s lawfare:
“Since taking office, Joe Biden has evinced a frightening pattern of weaponizing the legal system against critics of his regime. We’ve seen this play out now in so many instances: a DOJ memo likening upset parents at school board meetings to terrorists, an FBI memo characterizing traditional Catholics as domestic extremists, the legal persecution of Trump allies on questionable grounds, and, of course, the outrageously partisan lawfare against President Trump himself.
“Now, the Biden admin has a new target in its sights—a whistleblower doctor whose apparent crime was exposing the nation’s largest children’s hospital for lying to the public. In a sane world, Eithan Haim would have been praised as a hero for his brave act. But instead, because the far-left regime in Washington is fanatically committed to sterilizing and mutilating gender-confused kids, Dr. Haim is now being dragged into court, both to be punished for his opposition to left-wing ideology and to be made into an example to deter other concerned medical professionals from speaking out.
“There can be no denying it now: Joe Biden is a direct threat to the rule of law and America’s constitutional order. To save our country from tyranny, Biden and his Democrat allies must be defeated, and we will be doing everything in our power to ensure voters understand the stakes before this fall’s election.”
