Democrats Sacrifice Kids to Protect Election Rackets
SAVE Act Amendments on girls sports, child sex changes fail
Washington, D.C. – March 21, 2026 – Senate Democrats unanimously blocked amendments to the SAVE Act that would have protected millions of children from predatory doctors and abusive school boards.
Terry Schilling, President of the American Principles Project, released the following statement after the 49-41 defeat of amendments that would have banned child sex changes nationwide and blocked federal funding from schools that allow men to compete in girls sports:
“Democrats just showed that they are more committed to saving the trans industry than they are to vulnerable children and female athletes. Not a single Democrat voted for these commonsense protections that are supported by supermajorities of Americans,” Schilling said. “Democrats will not be able to hide from their records come November. APP will make sure of that.”
“APP is committing to spend more than $20 million in the 2026 midterms to protect the family against the $4.5 billion transgender industry that has captured the Democratic Party.”
