Summary

The Say No to Indoctrination Act amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. The amendment prohibits funds under the Act (1965) to be used to teach or advance concepts related to gender identity. In this way, the Say No to Indoctrination Act reaffirms Section 2 of Executive Order 14168’s commitment to protect women from gender ideology extremism.

Goals

  • Protect women from gender ideology extremism.
  • Affirm biological truth at the Federal level.

Analysis

Executive Order 14168 signaled a major step toward defending women against the extremities posed by gender ideology by affirming and safeguarding basic biological realities at the Federal level. By prohibiting the allocation of funds toward teaching an ideology that contradicts biology, the Federal Government would further its mission to defend women and children.
