Mary Ellen O’Leary joined American Principles Project in 2021 as the executive assistant to the president, Terry Schilling. She is responsible for managing Terry’s busy schedule, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks.

As someone who comes from a big family, Mary Ellen is passionate about the work the APP does. She is also a licensed real estate agent in Virginia.
