Full-time / part-time internship

The American Principles Project is a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to preserving and propagating the universal principles of America’s founding. In particular, APP’s efforts are centered on educating and advocating for public policy solutions that respect and affirm: human life from conception to natural death; the union of one man and one woman as the definition of marriage; the freedom to practice and proclaim religion; authentic economic progress for working Americans; education in service of the comprehensive development of the person; and the preservation of citizen-directed government as manifested under the Constitution. Each semester, interns have the opportunity to play an important role in all of these efforts.

Intern Duties

APP interns will assist with both policy-related and administrative responsibilities over the course of the internship. Policy-related tasks may include conducting research and analysis, writing for APP’s blog, drafting statements and press releases, and attending meetings or events on behalf of APP. The intern will also be asked to answer phones, receive office guests, distribute mail, and run errands as needed.

A modest monthly stipend may be offered to interns to offset travel and other costs associated with the internship.
